International Coffee Day: We Celebrate with Randburg Police Station
International Coffee Day
To celebrate International Coffee Day, this morning, leading national coffee solutions business Avanti paid an early-morning visit to Randburg Police Station. They surprised all 120 staff on duty with a cup each of Avanti’s freshly-made finest local coffee blend.
International Coffee Day marks the global appreciation of the world’s favourite bean. So Avanti thought it would be the perfect opportunity to give back to the local police force. This is because all the staff work tirelessly to keep the community safe.
We do things differently
Liesel Pretorius, Avanti Coffee’s Managing Director commented:
“Avanti Coffee is all about doing things differently. What better way to really put that ethos into practice than by marking the day with a delivery of our favourite local blend. We chose to visit our local police because they ensure that we get to go about our lives safely everyday. It’s a privilege for us to be able to give the Randburg team that little extra boost of energy they need this morning. We hope this charges them for their busy day ahead.”

Randburg Police Station’s acting Station Commander, Colonel Andries Odendaal, also commented.
